PHOTO HUT offers Passport Photos for the United States and all foreign countries on a walk-in basis. If you need photos for a foreign passport, visa or other special purpose, it is advisable to have the specifications (quantity, size and any other requirements) with you when you come in. We are not able to guarantee them if we are not given proper guidance.

We use a three-light portrait lighting setup that eliminates shadows on the background and softens the light on the subjects face. This tends to make for a more pleasing portrait-like look to your picture. This is definitely not in the "mugshot" style.

We do not require an appointment and are ready to go at all times during business hours. In most cases you will not spend more than five minutes from the time you walk in to the time you leave. We pride ourselves on our speed as well as efficiency. Passport photos should be quick and easy and we do our best not to delay you.

Next Day 35mm: $10.00 for first pose, $5.00 each additional pose. Prints any size up to 4x6" are priced at $ .50 each in any quantity desired. We retain the negative on file for future orders.

U.S. PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

Photographs must be 2x2 inches in size
The head size measured from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head should be between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches
They may be in color or black and white
They must be full face, front view with a plain white or off-white background
The subject should not be photographed wearing a head-covering unless the head-coverings are worn habitually by members of religious orders or sects, e.g. nuns, rabbis, etc
False hairpieces or other cosmetic devices are acceptable if they do not disguise the natural appearance of the bearer and are worn habitually
