Video tapes recorded in most foreign countries do not play in machines designed for sale and use in the United States and tapes recorded on our equipment will not play there. In order for you to share your special events with your friends and relatives abroad, you must have the tapes re-recorded in the appropriate format - PAL, SECAM, NTSC, N-PAL, or M-PAL. The price for this service is $15.00 for up to 2 hours on a single tape. If we need to use a second tape, there is a slight additional charge.
